Professional Experience Erin Yoder Logue provides her clients with legal analysis and regulatory advice relating to public utility law and compliance. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law with a concentration in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. Ms. Yoder Logue joined the Sanger Law PC team as a Law Clerk after clerking for the Transmission, Power, and Natural Resource divisions of the Bonneville Power Administration’s Office of General Counsel. While there, she helped attorneys work through the intricacies of joining the California ISO’s Energy Imbalance Market. In addition to her time at the Bonneville Power Administration, she also finished her law school career with a Legal Internship for the United States Department of the Interior Office of the Regional Solicitor in Portland, Oregon. As the only intern for the Regional Solicitor’s Office, she provided legal research and analysis to a team of attorneys on issues relating to administrative procedure and statutory interpretation, tribal affairs, the Wilderness Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, the Endangered Species Act, federal hydropower licensing, and torts committed on public lands. In addition to her work at the federal level, Ms. Yoder Logue served as the Environmental Caucus Fellow in the 2019 Oregon State Legislative Session. While there, she strategized with legislators from the House and Senate to pass several environmental bills, including one she co-authored. Ms. Yoder Logue graduated from Rhode Island College with cum laude honors, earning a bachelor’s degree with a major in Communications and a minor in Business Management.
