Professional Experience Ms. Sliger represents clients and provides advice, research and analysis in administrative, energy, and public utility law matters. Ms. Sliger brings a strong background in utility regulation and energy policy. She previously worked as a fellow at the Regulatory Assistance Project where she supported the U.S. and India teams in assisting and advising regulatory commissions. She also worked as a fellow at the Green Energy Institute of Lewis and Clark Law School where she analyzed state-level renewable energy policies. Ms. Sliger graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2017, where she received her J.D., cum laude, and LL.M., magna cum laude, in environmental, energy, and natural resources law. At Lewis and Clark Law School, she served on the editorial board of Animal Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts in global environmental change and sustainability with honors from Johns Hopkins University in 2012. Ms. Sliger enjoys reading, hiking, playing bridge, and spending time with her family.
